"Delivery Took Much Longer Than Expected"
I ordered from Kardena thinking it would be a quick delivery, since the site made it sound like it would arrive within a few days. In my case, though, it ended up taking way longer than expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way.

I don’t mind waiting a little if I know what’s going on, but having to keep checking myself made the whole experience feel frustrating. For a first order, it didn’t leave the best impression, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"The box arrived in rough shape..."
The box arrived in rough shape and looked badly smashed. The packaging was really poor, that part was weird because it didn’t seem like there was much protecting the item at all.

"Checkout felt safe right away"
I’ll admit I kind of assumed the payment step might be annoying or sketchy, but it was actually really straightforward. Nothing strange popped up, everything looked clear, and I didn’t have to second-guess what I was doing. I got the confirmation right after paying, so I figured everything was good. Overall, super simple and no stress.

The return process was really easy overall. The refund did take a bit longer than I expected, but it eventually came through, so it was fine in the end.

"Not really happy with the quality"
I’m not really happy with the quality. For the price, I expected it to feel a bit better, but the material feels thin. One part also looked kind of badly finished, which was disappointing. It does work, so it’s not totally useless, but yeah, I just expected better overall.

I used kardena.eu on my laptop it was smooth to get around. The pages loaded without any issues, and the menu actually made sense, so I wasn’t stuck clicking all over the place trying to find things. Always a nice little win when a site just works.

The only thing I’d say is that some of the product info could be a bit clearer, and a few pages felt slightly crowded. But overall, I had a good experience with it and would give it 4 stars

"Never heard back from support"
I reached out to support and just never got a reply, which was frustrating. I get that things can get busy, and maybe it slipped through the cracks, but still... it’s annoying when you’re waiting for help and no one follows up. Not the worst thing ever, I guess, but definitely not a great experience.

I ordered from them once and, overall, everything seemed legit. Payment went through fine and I didn’t have any major issues with support. The only thing was the delivery took longer than I expected, and I would’ve appreciated a quick apology or update about the delay. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

I was in a good mood when I bought it, so I was hoping I’d feel better about it, but it just didn’t seem like great value for the price
